I think cla data can be augmented by CDEC. Please check and augment as in other cases.

Please add station and repo specifics. CDEC data would be added at the end of NCRO as a standard way of dealing with their not serving preliminary data. We don't do this for the others because in principle they all post data in real time. Generally not in favor of this because it is a lot of plumbing and most situations where CDEC has something not available do not pan out to be valid. Exceptions are NCRO "cross-program" data like the flow program reporting temperature.
