screened data has shifted or data in different units #26

What to do about this case. The temperature data just seems to have shifted units and probably is ok. Is this an issue with the provider or sourcing for different agencies ?

Also the far right data seems to have been shifted and screened but not the middle part ??

This was caused by used the wrong filename that caused cdec and ncro to be arbitrarily merged. Moving to screened only data which doesn't have this problem so closing this issue.
