Believe this info goes missing at the formatted stage. Tentative fix in place. No plans to change the slightly different interpretation of the filename where it is source in /formatted and agency in /screened. This is inevitable in /formatted where the same instrument can come from two different soruces but only one agency. The terms should be realatively unambiguous and marked in the metadata.
