compare screened false mismatches due to change in source station id #46

compare screened shows some mismatches due to change in number of zeros after station id for some ncro stations.

E.g. ncro_bac_b9525000_ec_1985.csv is in the newer screened directory and ncro_bac_b95250_ec_1985.csv is in the older (repo) screened directory.

The mismatch is in b95250 having two extra 00s at the end of the 3rd field

Another one is ncro_bdt_b95740_temp_1989.csv in the new one and ncro_bdt_b95740q_temp_1989.csv in the old one There is a 'q' at the end of the station id
