Hacked vehicles list holds authorisedVehicle's #18

The Admin ability to remove all hacked in vehicles (listbox) is showing authorisedVehicle's which is very strange. Need to fix this asap.

I can't seem to reproduce this issue in a test environment. Hope some changes I made to vehicle spawning, takes care of this one, but that remains to be seen I guess.
