Revive - times #39

Revive time is way to short, seems to be the length of the animation atm, which is roughly 5 sec.

Future investigation show that BTC_revive_time_min from =BTC=_revive_lite_init.sqf is not being used, so the seconds put here has no effect.

Might I suggest we add a repeat into the animation, followed by a brake. Aka 2,3,4 repeats to increase time.
