Sellable gear #4

Make more stuff sellable at the General Store and even the Gun Store.

@JB88 Do you think you can wrap your head around this one mate? Would be cool if we could use the different tabs in the General Store when switching to sell from buy. So we can sell our Headgear, Uniform, Vest and Backpack.
