Spawn Beacon #5

Want to make a Spawn Beacon which can be bought at the General Store and then placed and even locked at a base for example. Also it needs to function as a Radar, which alerts nearby units if there are enemies in a certain range.

Other possible features:

  1. Stealable.
  2. Destroyable.
  3. Paradrop on it, if on the same team.
