上傳圖片到IPFS並取得IPFS URL的圖片存取權限

使用 thirdweb 服務，得到 ipfs url，透過在 thirdweb 開 API key 得到 client id，獲得可以放在瀏覽器網址列的 url https://{client-id}.ipfscdn.io/ipfs/
