Spoke too early. librdkafka-dev is the one needed. Not sure if librdkafka1 is also needed

librdkafka-dev depends on librdkafka1, so when installing it'll bring it along, no need to specify librdkafka1 manually.
I will update wandio version. Looks like I contributed to the 4.2.3 to handle some HTTP request hanging issue (I completely forgot that I did it).
