Missing scripts #1

Hi,

I recently came across your very interesting and insightful publication and followed through to get further insights by learning from the scripts used to conduct this study.

However, I am a bit confused as it seems that the bash and matlab scripts mentioned in the repository's readme file (e.g. scripts_assoc_clinical.m) are not available on the git repository.

Could you please help me in finding these files?
