Current: The numbers assigned to the steps of the tool does not correspond to the sequence they have to be performed. Target: The sequence of step corresponds to the sequence of steps.

The steps numbers are rearranged in the following order: 1=test clustering/2=clustering/3=compress forcing/4=ML/5=evaluation. Corresponding changes are made in main.py and in MLacc.def in each subfolder DEF_XXX.
