Aim: In order to be able to run test efficiently we need a smaller testing dataset.

We can produce one

using 1 year of climate forcing instead of 10 years
2x2 degree spatial resolution ( is this an issue for the planned NN ? )
remove all variables from history file with the exception of the ones we need for the tool

Is it possible to test with 1 Y data but taking the last year (1910) of the forcing file?

@Mandresy-code and @dsgoll123 I suggest we try with a single year just to test the pipeline from end to end (including initialisation).
