I am a believer in iterative development. I commit work frequently. What I commit I consider to be a draft and invite team for feedback and comment. Work is only final when team determines it to be final There are no bad ideas, we are here to learn - however, don't let bad ideas consume too much of your time, Share your work with the team often to get constructive feedback You can self assign work. We will discuss github issues on Saturday. If you comfortable with it, run with it. Otherwise, keep notes of work done towards this project. Slack frequently Remember to share your stand up update daily, first one is tonight. When we get to PRs, be prompt with PR reviews.
