edited and added filler video requirements for onboarding #51

@bordernone please review and merge if you don't find any issues. I tested this in dev mode and works fine. I simply added new fillers that are required for the onboarding and edited the old ones. Thanks -a

Just recorded toia using new onboarding questions. It worked fine. Merged the PR.
