To be honest, I'm not 100% sure what has to be done here because the meeting was so long ago.
As I remember, some kind of html tag-label-thing has to be added to texts, so that when one clicks on an organ, and then on a link within the corresponding popup text, when they navigate back to the page with the body, the organ text box would still be open.
Also, when you're in the topics tab, when you click on a link to a topic within the topics tab, the page should auto scroll to the topic that should automatically be opened.
