When you open the app, after choosing Eng/French, You must read the form, and then (currently) check "I agree" and click done. It would be better if you could remove the "I agree" checkbox, and replace the done button with 2 buttons: "I agree" and "Cancel"...

Cancel should take you back to the entry page, and I agree should allow you to proceed into the app.

"I agree" or, "I decline" are the button options
