Young and Hogg both have bad TS_1 sensors. To keep the sites aligned for comparison, adding in LW_OUT_1_1_1 as a proxy. While Hogg has TS_2 & 3, Young has none, so keeping both sites consistent. This should ensure we write out FCH4 with RF gap-filling once incorporated since right now we are not outputting this variable due to the lack of TS_1 values.
