Make the menu slide up and down.

Style the menu.

Based on this design

Also take this opportunity, as the first formal styling ticket, to figure out how to organize the css, and whether to bring in a css pre-processor like LESS or SASS.

There's too many interaction options to make a clean menu.

This will be replaced with an input that supports natural language processing.
