Added support for remote tcp connection to canopend and canopencomm #5

This gives the option to run canopend on an embedded device while using canopencomm on a pc. Can also be used to connect to canopend using other CANopen ASCII compatible software, e.g. COPbrowser GUI.

Be aware that you need to be root if you want to open a port < 1000.
