Vendor app/descriptions tab: updating URLs and product descriptions does not work consistently for all vendors and products. When it does not work the Save button at the top of the screen stays greyed out.

Update after working session at CARLI office this morning: Seems like it might have affected certain vendors. Cindy thought EBSCO in FY2019 and Credo in FY2018 were possibilities. We will see if we can reproduce.
