Staging Server Testing: Vendor Missing from Vendor List on Staff App #96

On the staging server in the staff app EBSCO is not included in the list of active vendors. When you look in the FY20 product list you can see products being offered by EBSCO and you can click on 'EBSCO' and are taken to an accurate and active vendor page for them. They are an active vendor and should be included in the vendor list.

In the library app EBSCO is shown as the vendor in the products list for FY2020 which is open to the libraries.

Tested this today (post known bug fix) and EBSCO is still missing. This impacts the creation of new products for EBSCO in that the system does not show the EBSCO license agreements to select the appropriate license. I was able to create a new product (ABSEES) and I manually added EBSCO as the vendor, but after saving when you look at the product list the product appears not to have a vendor. We know that in current production a vendor cannot be added later to a product. It must be done at the time of product creation.
