improve error message text #120

MIL - for the error message that says “An error has occurred. An error occurred during execution; please try again later. Please contact the Library Reference Department for assistance noreply@carli.illinois.edu.” the error message should direct users to their local reference desk, not to CARLI, I would think.

We will need to figure out if this is one error message for everything or is conditional on when/where it happens, and the decide on the text.

I was able to find this error message (at least one occurrence of it), when I clicked the link emailed by the "text this call number" feature. The sent message does not include a full link back to the item record in the OPAC.

This general error message was improved in Issue #158 to provide a working address (support@carli) but this is not yet customized to direct users to their individual library like is possible in VuFind 0.6, so this issue remains open.
