Patrons With Overdue Items #146

There were 2 reports highlighted in purple on the google spreadsheet. I have entered them in web-reports-devel :

Local Circulation Maintenance -> Circulation Activity -> Item Status - Missing Local Circulation Maintenance -> Circulation Activity -> Patrons With Overdue Items

Please test them out.

For Local Circulation Maintenance -> Circulation Activity -> Patrons With Overdue Items, the web-reports-devel report does not match Access query results.

With this query, because the data on DEVEL are so old and unchanging, I would expect and do get the same number of results when I run the Access version on KNXdb no matter if I input 1 or 7 or 30 or 100 days as the number of Days Overdue = 2059 patrons, with due dates ranging from 11/19/2008 to 9/9/2017

Yet when I run this report on web-reports-devel for KNXdb, I get changing numbers: Patrons With Overdue Items | 100 days | 254 patrons with dates ranging 5/6/2009 to 5/12/2017 Patrons With Overdue Items | 30 days | 1874 patrons with dates ranging 5/6/2009 to 7/20/2017 Patrons With Overdue Items | 7 days | 1983 patrons with dates ranging 5/6/2009 to 8/12/2017 Patrons With Overdue Items | 1 day | 1984 patrons with dates ranging 5/6/2009 to 8/17/2017

Debbie thinks the original Access SQL looks problematic and doesn't apply the criteria uniformly, so she will look into it further. (Patrons With Overdue Items)

I forgot to note that "Item Status - Missing" is Ready for Prod.

Local Circulation Maintenance -> Circulation Activity -> Item Status - Missing has been moved to Prod.
