This PR is fixed the IMAGE_FITTING_BAD.test.ts for every platform

The bad test has been tested on MacOS 11, 13, and Ubuntu 22.04 After update the documentation, this PR can be merged into the dev

The update document is here Because the gsl in different platforms will return the different BAD testing result, in order to prevent any regression for the future development, the customised of returned results in different platforms is required.
