Remove splatalogue related ICD tests #302

Based on the backend PR#1120 The splatalogue related protobuf will be deprecated. There are three ICD tests should be removed:

SPECTRAL_LINE_QUERY.test.ts SPECTRAL_LINE_QUERY_INTENSITY_LIMIT.test.ts SPECTRAL_LINE_QUERY_WIDE_FREQ.test.ts
