Modify the image_fitting_bad ICD test for Ubuntu 22.04 #309

Now that we have tried running the IMAGE_FITTING_BAD.test.ts ICD test on Ubuntu 22.04 it requires a platform-specific modification in order to pass as it returns different values. The current error is:

    Received: 141.19569242428403

    Expected precision:    2
    Expected difference: < 0.005
    Received difference:   5.752648465366178
