Mylin/#314 improve image bad fitting redhat9 #315

Fixed #314 I used Docker of RedHat 9 and modified the image fitting bad test. The RedHat 9 returned values are consistent with Ubuntu 22.04. So I just modify the condition criteria.

Please check whether this test can be passed on Ubuntu 22.04? It can be passed on Ubuntu 20.04.
