PV generator related tests need update #318

Because the this backend PR has been merged, the protobuf updated and the corresponded PV generation ICD need to update.

The updates include the RxJS and the long-term performance regression tests (NO update in this carta-backend-ICD-test repository)

Because the backend change the PV generated image fileID src/ImageGenerators/ImageGenerator.h The RxJS ICD tests have been updated!

The long-term performance regression tests also have been update the PV fileID. This issue should be closed!
