Image not displaying at some zoom levels #1504

I've just started encountering a new issue where the image is not showing up at some zoom levels for some channels of some images even when the data are clearly there (as verifiable by zooming in/out, extracting spectra, looking at the flux reported by the cursor, etc). This may be uniquely affecting FITS images, I'm not sure. The server connection is green and there is no queued download.

Is there a way I can debug this to come up with a more useful report?

Do you have a video as a demo of the issue? Are you using carta on a local computer or on a remote server? Do you see part of the image missing or the entire channel is missing? What’s the image size in pixel here?
