Generic instructions and scripts for setting up demo servers on AWS for a tutorial #101
We documented some specific server configuration details during the recent tutorial at ADASS, and we have some user account maintenance scripts in a private repo. These should be scrubbed of secrets like credentials, made generic, and made available in a public repo that we can reuse for future tutorials.
