Design suggestion: github issue tracker button in menu bar #205
In order to lower the friction to start a Github issue a button, with a link directly to the correct CARTA issue tracker (https://github.com/CARTAvis/carta/issues), could be added to the menu bar. Under the "Help" menu tab might be another go place for this feature.
