Feature request - URL with path opens file browser in that directory #89
e.g. https://carta.idia.ac.za/?folder=/idia/users/jcollier would open the file browser within /idia/users/jcollier.
This could also solve @arusstaylor's issue https://github.com/cartavis/carta-frontend/issues/799, since one could bookmark their preferred directories. This would also improve on the wait time noted in https://github.com/CARTAvis/carta/issues/88 (although this is partially solved with the new feature to save the previous directory).
