Three buttons in the top right corner of the "Z Profile" (smoothing, moments, and fittings) are missing (i.e., bled out of the panel) when the profiler is pinned to the right column of the layout.

System information: CARTA v2.0 (also tested in v3.0.0 beta) Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7

this will be addressed via https://github.com/CARTAvis/carta-frontend/issues/1600. Basically we need a responsive layout for the spectral profiler.
