fix (or remove) checkstyle rule (/configuration) #19

Currently the projects inconsistently follow the rules in /carisma.core/organization/QA/UMLsec Checkstyle . Either fix the project that these rules are applied (/checked) in each sub project or switch to a more common rule set like "Google Checks" that are shipped with Eclipse.
