MultiDark crash #19

Conversion of the Multidark dataset results in a crash from the hdf5 or h5py library. Here's the error message that @arhstevens got at the end of the conversion:

mpirun noticed that process rank 21 with PID 10378 on node sstar003.hpc.swin.edu.au exited on signal 9 (Killed).

I thought that the error occurred at file.close in __exit__ method of Exporter.py but I can't demonstrate that right now.

Does not occur for meraxes, and the serial and parallel converted files agree exactly. Closing.
