Launching too many perInventory translations at the same time crashes the server

This is something we already experienced in july. Hard to find what is the limit of how many scripts we can launch at the same time. We will document what we find here.

Launching the perCASTable translation scripts does not have this problem.

Some suspects:

• PostgreSQL server: Just the fact of launching many translation scripts at the same time makes the PostgreSQL server to crash Windows
• pgAdmin server: Having too many pgAdmin query tool windows running one script at the same time get the pgAdmin server to crash Windows.
• Having some R code eating RAM at the same time a translation occurs.

Trying to translate all inventories having close to 1000000 polygons at the same time over the week-end (BC10, BC08, ON02, NB01, NB02, SK01 and NS03) so then launching all the smaller ones at the same time should not take too long. That worked. B08 took about 41 hours.

Now trying to launch all the remaining inventories at the same time (AB06, AB16, NT01, NT02, SK02, SK03, SK04, SK05, SK06, YT02 and PE01). The biggest one is SK04 with 633522 rows. Should take about 5 hours.
