Senior Ad Ops Manager will be responsible for the Ad Ops process including campaign management, implementation, advertising and exchange performance, tracking & reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional partners including Account Management, Engineering, and Product teams. This hire will strive to build relationships across the ad ops team ensuring ad revenue commitments and client expectations are met and exceeded.
Job Requirements
Maintain and improve campaign management & implementation processes
Create documentation and define requirements for new features and functionality
Analyze advertiser and exchange performance and identify potential growth points as well as possible product improvements and business opportunities
Support product and engineering teams with testing new features and prioritizing releases
Mentor and support other team members while defining and building processes
Hire, train, and grow Bidease's Ad Ops team as we continue scaling our platform and company
Candidate Requirements
Performance DSP experience
Expertise in programmatic markets
Similar experience in AdTech or Ad Operations in a technical or campaign management role
Experience leading teams with organization and efficiency
Outstanding communication skills
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Analytical and data-driven mindset
