Rasscript doesn't work #10

@sillitoe encountered an issue with 3jb9c chain - rasmol script doesn't colour the domains. probably the issue is with the chain ID having a lower case letter in it - when replaced with a capital A it works.

Hi Ilya,

Yes this is a known issue with lower case chain ids causing the rasscript file to not be rendered properly in Rasmol. As far as I'm aware there's no way around this except to use the 3D view option instead.
