Add "feature matrix" to documentation #59

@LeoGall suggested to add a "feature matrix" to the documentation that allows potential users to select the best import / export toolbox for their needs w/o having to try them all.

Here's an initial set of tools and aspects (please add more):

Tools

General

Import

Export

Another tool is "MoBA Simulator for Simulink" https://www.tlk-thermo.com/index.php/de/softwareprodukte/moba-lab

We should also add Matlab native import https://de.mathworks.com/help/simulink/ug/work-with-fmi-in-simulink.html

Another aspect to consider would be the list of supported compilers; e.g., the Modelon FMI Toolbox did not support the MinGW compiler until version 2.7 although Simulink Coder itself did.

"Supported compilers" is already in the list of "export" features.

Ok, must have overlooked it.

The new Simulink Compiler could now be added to this list: https://de.mathworks.com/products/simulink-compiler.html
