Electron support has been totally removed in #1153. Let's also remove the sections of the user/developer guide that mentions the Electron version of CATcher, or at least put a note that the Electron desktop app is no longer in use and will not be released in future versions of CATcher.
We should aim to update the documentation upon the next release.
