Images in issue description are not visible #1260

Describe the bug The images that are supposed to appear in the issue description are not showing, and just appear as image.png. I'm unsure if this is just because we are currently testing the software, but I thought it might be good to point it out anyway.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any issue that has an image in it.

Expected behavior We expect to see the image in the issue description.

Additional context CATcher is being tested on a test bed, where the images from the previous phase might not have been saved.

Oops, this is my fault. I forgot to transfer the images. Doing so now. ...
