Bug on saving response, showing an error message #1282

Describe the bug There seem to be an error message shown when trying to save a response(under certain steps, to be described below), although the response is eventually saved when we refresh the page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select Assignee and Response (Important, if did not select first this bug will not happen)
  2. Tick the a duplicate of checkbox
  3. Untick the a duplicate of checkbox
  4. Reselect Assignee and Response (Not sure if this step is intended)
  5. Enter response
  6. Save

Expected behavior The response should be saved successfully without the need of refreshing the page
