Unable to copy paste screenshots #828

Describe the bug After taking a screenshot and copying it to the clipboard, still unable to paste the screenshot into CATcher

OS and Browser

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Take a screenshot
  2. Copy to clipboard
  3. Right-click and paste into CATcher

Expected behaviour Screenshot appears in the issue description, as described in the module website.

  1. I assume Ctrl+V doesn't work either (in CATcher)?
  2. Are you able to attach screenshots the longer way? i.e., save first and attach as a file (or drag and drop the file into the edit box)

  1. You're right, Ctrl+V doesn't work either.
  2. Yes. I can save and upload a file either by clicking or by drag and drop.

Thanks again for the info @Amadeus-Winarto For the time being, use the save-and-upload method. The @CATcher-org/developers will look into this, and might ask for your help to debug it too. These cases are often hard to debug as they are very specific to the user's exact environment.
