Behaviour of help link does not match behavior #142

As per the UG, I have clicked on the help link that comes up when I input the help command. I was expecting to get to a help website but was instead directed to this github page below.

Thank you for your feedback. It appears that the help link is currently directing users to the incorrect destination. According to the User Guide, the link should lead to a dedicated help website, but it is instead redirecting to a GitHub page.
