Describe the bug Inspection Batch dialog - Should not be allowed to edit and Inspection already completed. See Screenshot below ...

Additionnal comments about this dialog

-Instead of empty space in "Assigné a" column, it should be "Tous" -Column "Voie" should be enlarged and "numéro civique" could be smaller -The up and down arrows could be useless in actual job of the inspector. I propose to not invest time for debuging it until we get more feedback in real usage.
