Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is useful to know the spoken language of the contacts (owner) to make sure to make the communications (written) in the language of preference of the citizen. It sometimes turns out that some English-speaking citizens (in Quebec) show an acute sensitivity to the language of communication.

The contact's field list had been limited to what CAUCA was already supporting. Any new fields in SURVI-Prevention won't be supported in the Administration's software.
