Describe the bug Incorrect and missing fields for hazardous materials when generating reports

Incorrect fields: @BuildingHazardousMaterial.TankType@ @BuildingHazardousMaterial.Container@ @BuildingHazardousMaterial.Floor@

Missing fields: @BuildingHazardousMaterial.Sector@

You can see that TankType and Container are mixed and the Floor use printed the TankType
