[Embed] Scroll back to top after results change

Now anytime we update the list of sites in the embed page, scroll back up to the top so the user isn't randomly in the middle of the list.

@khaister - We should make sure to think about how this and https://github.com/CAVaccineInventory/site/pull/897/files should work together. I'm not quite sure what is supposed to happen if someone selects a site in embed and then does a search or moves the map.
