Links to County Information on VaccinateCA should be removed #930

Each location card on the VaccinateCA site has a link to its county. The county information is no longer being updated, and those county links should be removed. Located under location name, to left of address:

The county pages should also be removed, since there is at least one CA county that is linking to its page directly.
